Sides and Quarters

Our Sides and Quarters are exclusively pre-order. Please use our convenient order form below.

You will receive an email back confirming your order, as well as details for pickup. Deposits are $250 for a quarter, $500 for a side. Sides / quarters, pick up at our butcher’s shop (Antigonish, NS) additional fee for partial/ full delivery.

Order specifications – If you have anyone else involved in your order, please provide their contact information and any other details. Also, we offer custom cuts for our sides and quarters. Are you a family that wants more steaks than roasts? Do you like ribs, soup bones, etc more? Maybe you have a dog and want dog bones? Please feel free to include specifics about your order in regards to the cuts in the Notes for the Butcher section.

Please note customized cuts may require an additional charge.
